This is a class assignment I created as a result of a discussion my Chorale class had regarding stress and the challenges of high school.  It was a spontaneous Friday discussion that really moved me because these fantastic young women were struggling with their own personal value and self-worth.   The in-class presentations were quite moving.  I purchased a paperback copy of YOU ARE SPECIAL for each of them.
